This was my favourite part to read because I’m so down bad for the enemy-to-lovers trope, and here it is developed in such a majestic way. They are so passionate, and even when they are furiously arguing and screaming at each other, the sexual tension is there, and it is undeniable. The chemistry between them is just crazy and it was driving me mad. I found myself immersed in Emilia and Wrath’s romance, rooting for them page after page. The author herself claimed that this is her most relationship-driven book with a lot of sexual tension and yes, I can totally say it is true. This second book in the series is definitely a new adult, which I didn’t expect it to be because this was a big shift from the first one. And Kingdom of the Cursed was no exception, guys.
